Portfolio performance is the result of the application of the LifePro Asset Management’s proprietary investment process for the relevant time period. The performance calculations have not been audited by any third party. Actual performance of client portfolios may differ materially due to the timing related to additional client deposits or withdrawals and the actual deployment and investment of a client portfolio, the length of time various positions are held, the client’s objectives and restrictions, and fees and expenses incurred by any specific individual portfolio. Portfolio performance is shown net of the product fee of 1%, which is assessed monthly in arrears, and transaction fees. Clients of LPAM utilizing these products are also typically assessed additional portfolio management fees that can range up to 1.4%, and therefore may have returns that are substantially less than those described herein. Performance also includes the reinvestment of all income. The data used to calculate the model performance was obtained from sources deemed reliable and then organized and presented by LifePro Asset Management. Results are based on representative accounts which actual client accounts that are considered representative of the majority of client accounts invested in a respective strategy. The current representative account for LPAM’s Tactical Opportunity strategy has been invested since 04/10/2019. The current representative account for LPAM’s Tactical Blue Chip+ strategy has been invested since 12/19/2018. The representative accounts selected for LPAM’s Tactical Income and Tactical Preservation strategies have been invested since inception.
Benchmarks: Portfolio performance results shown are compared to the performance of various indices. The S&P 500 Price Index is an unmanaged index of 500 widely held, predominantly large capitalization, U.S. exchange-listed common stocks. The S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Index is a list of companies from the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index (the S&P 500) that have a track record of raising their dividends for at least 25 consecutive years. Each company is equally weighted within the index. The index used by LifePro Asset Management have not been selected to represent an appropriate benchmark to compare an investor’s performance, but rather are disclosed to allow for comparison of the investor’s performance to that of certain well-known and widely recognized indices. Indices are not typically available for direct investment, do not include reinvested dividends, are unmanaged and do not incur fees or expenses.
